Mama G's was founded by Gloria Calixto, a Peruvian-born woman who moved to the U.S. over 20 years ago. Inspired by her mother's home-cooked recipes, Gloria began crafting her signature AJI sauce, a spicy Peruvian sauce made with fresh ingredients, which quickly became a hit among friends and family. What began as small-batch sauce production has since grown into a thriving business, with the help of her husband and sons. Today, Mama G's is not only known for its exceptional sauces, but also for its NEW restaurant in San Diego, CA, located at: 407 Camino Del Rio S.
